There may be times when you need to arrange for a qualified technician to visit you in your home or workplace to deal with computer problems. 

Call outs can be scheduled in an emergency, for problems as small as a replacement mouse or as large as major hardware failure or network issues, but also at MallorcaPC we know that members of the public are often failed by the jargon laden instruction manuals given out with modern computer equipment and sometimes need a helping hand in getting the best from their PC or home networks.
